I'm not sure of time frames but I think that once hebecame property of uncle sam's so do his offspring.Otherwise go get AFDC(Welfare) just to establish an income then they'll go after him to pay them back. There are also child care programs available in most states.You're still young, go to school and get financial aide that includes child care.

There are lots of NO KILL shelters out there if at all possible, do not surrender those dogs to animal control. Most government funded facilities are nothing more than slaughter houses. Search around your area for no kill shelters. You might also contact bestfriends.org they have the ability to blast emails nationwide to all of their members. Worst case, call me dogsaver1998.

    We were forced to close our doors in early 2006 as a direct result of a financial hardship caused by the distruction of two hurricanes in 2004. We are now on the vurge of a comeback. But will not be able to do so without the financial help we need. We have leased a stable piece of property and need the funding to erect structures and proper kenneling facilities. We offer sanctuary and a safe haven to every dog rescued despite Breed, Age, Disability, Disposition, and we also accept dogs with anti-social, aggressive, dominant behaviors, and bite histories.

Being Unselfish to Discarded Dogs In order to create Everlasting Solutions

        As a direct result of distruction caused by two hurricanes in 2004 we were forced to close our doors.Shortly after I was laid off from my job.But only after I depleted my entire savings and borrowed out against my retirement to rebuild and supplement. As if things couldn't get worse,the property I was leasing was sold to a developing Co.that terminated my lease and left me,my girlfriend,step daughters,and 33 dogs with no money,time,or place to go. After a business owner saw my story on the news,she offered the best solution she had.We built kennels on a small piece of her property and crammed all of our belongings into a 12X24 utility bldg. Most of the dogs have been adopted. I'm down to a few rescued dogs and my personal dogs. After suffering such a financial blow, we are finding it very difficult to recover. Simply said, we won't be able to do it without some help.
